Established by Jayne Courtney in 2006, Leaping Lemurs Ltd is a training and development company based in Poole, Dorset. Initially specialising in helping organisations develop better customer service skills, over the years the business has grown and now also offers coaching to individuals, focusing on career development.

So, if you are looking to develop your business, we can offer you support to help you build and maintain better relationships with your customers through group workshops and 1-to-1 coaching sessions, to the production of bespoke policies and procedures.

Alternatively, if you are looking to develop your own career, we can offer you a coaching package to help you review your career to-date, consider your future options and then move forward to bring them to life.

We like to have fun, so when the company was founded we opted for a name that was memorable and a little bit different! There are over 30 lemur species living on the island of Madagascar. Each species has adapted to the huge range of habitats available on the island but they are all endangered as increasing pressures are placed upon the island’s resources. At Leaping Lemurs Ltd we believe that we have a responsibility to the environment and communities in which we live, locally and globally. One way we currently we do this is by making a donation from every day’s training/coaching delivered to the Durrell Wildlife Conservation Trust. We believe that this small contribution can make a difference.
